Receiving a Library Card
In order to receive a library card, a new patron must
1. Fill out the application form
The application form is a page long, and asks for basic information such as name, phone number, and mailing address. We also require that all patrons have a valid driver's license number for the form as well, when applicable. If the patron is under 18, an adult parent or guardian will need to fill out an application as well.
2. Bring in proof of address
Proof of address is basically any object that proves the address on the application is where the person lives. This can be a piece of mail, a bill, or anything else with the patron's name and home address. Patrons under 18 do not need to bring proof of address, but an adult parent or guardian must have a valid registration on file.

The board occasionally meets on Tuesday if the proper Monday is a holiday (Labor Day, Fourth of July, Christmas, etc.). For a list of meeting dates, visit our calendar of events.
